The Service

Fnapper is an employee retention app, operated by Ketonen Yhtiöt Oy, that helps organizations improve engagement and wellbeing through short check-in surveys and tools for colleagues to support one another. Access is provided through your organization, which may invite or remove you.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

Use Fnapper for its intended purpose. Don't misuse the service, disrupt it, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your Data and Security

We store your data securely and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Rights and Changes

We may change, add, or remove features, and we may modify, suspend, or terminate the service or your account, at any time. We may also update these terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability
